bills, bills, bills, and more bills
It is funny to think that every month this summer, I have gotten the lovely joys of calling Century Link about our internet bill. I have called three times now, just to have them fix our bill. As of late, they were saying we didn't pay all of our bill from last month when in fact, we did. Only due to them editing our bill did they not realize we did pay the full amount we were supposed to pay.
It is unbelievable how computers can make things so much more complicated than that which they are supposed to be, especially within realms of our bills and payments.
One of these days, maybe the computers affiliated with our bills with reorganize their systems so as to be accurate; even if only once, it would be greatly appreciated.
And then, all was calm on the eastern front.
